The Waimea Arts Council is excited to announce our summer exhibit Light and Shadow showcasing our members art. Light and shadow define the world we see – revealing form, creating contrast, and shaping emotion. In this exhibition artists explore the interplay between illumination and darkness, both literal and metaphorical.
