In partnership with the Waimea Arts Council, Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library presents Holiday Cards with artist Irina Place. In this class, beginning artists ages 10+ will create holiday cards using the paper quilling technique. Using thin strips of paper, students will create an image using tight spirals that can be bent into shapes. All materials provided by the Waimea Arts Council. All materials provided by the Waimea Arts Council and Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. The class is free but registration is required.
