Waimea Arts Council welcomes 2024 with the Zodiac Art Show at the Firehouse Art Gallery. Opening January 4, the themes of this event explore the symbols of the oriental zodiac including the five elements of metal, water, wood, fire, and earth, and twelve animals: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
The exhibition will be on view from January 4, 2025 to January 28, 2024. Current gallery hours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday through Sunday or whenever the flags are waving.
