Paint Your Heart, Sing Your Soul Workshop with Amber Bonnici

01/18/2013

18 Jan

A mini-retreat using creative experiences to empower, heal and open…

February 8th-10th, 2013

Waimea, Big Island of Hawai’i

Leave with a painting, a poem,

a swing to your hips

and a song on your lips.

Have you lost your connection to your inner wisdom?

Would you like a space to explore your soul’s desires?

Find your unique voice and express it?

Join Amber Bonnici & Singer/Songwriter Lucie Lynch during this mini-retreat as they guide you in playful creative experiences using art, poetry, Nia, and song to empower, heal and open the heart and soul.

Based on the Color of Woman Method by Shiloh Sophia McCloud, you will use the intuitive painting practice to meet the Wisdom Keeper of your Heart.  Through poetry sessions, you will discover the power of words for healing.  Daily movement classes focus on sensation and joy of movement.  Sounding and song acknowledge your voice and it’s unique message.

No previous experience needed in art, writing, dancing or singing… just a willing heart.  Discover what’s possible when you connect to your heart and soul.

Friday February 8th, 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Saturday February 9th, 10:00 am-6:00 pm

Sunday February 10th, 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Cost

$350 ($300 for WAC members).  $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your space.
