The Waimea Arts Council is excited to announce our summer exhibit Light and Shadow showcasing our members art. Light and shadow define the world we see – revealing form, creating contrast, and shaping emotion. In this exhibition artists explore the interplay between illumination and darkness, both literal and metaphorical. The works invite viewers to consider how light transforms what is hidden into what is seen.
An opening reception will be held on Saturday June 6 from 3-5 pm
The Firehouse Gallery is located at the intersection of highways 190 and 19 and is regularly open from Thursday – Sunday 11-3 and whenever flags are flying.
