The Waimea Arts Council and Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library are offering First Saturday Community Art classes. Artist Lorrie Taylor hosts the next session on Saturday December 7 from 10 am – noon in the Kamuela’s public library meeting room.
The class will be open studio style with the intention of creating art as a special gift for someone. Watercolor and acrylic paint supplies will be available for artists ages 6+ to paint their way to a unique gift!
Lorrie Taylor will be instructing and available for technique advice as students dive into their projects. Art materials are provided by the Waimea Arts Council. Students under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
