Free Saturday June 6 Art Class

Experience collagraphy!
Create a bird and habitat at the April First Saturday Art Class.
In partnership with the Waimea Arts Council, Thelma Parker Memorial
Public Library presents Collagraphy Print Making with artist Lorrie
Taylor.
Experience collagraphy! Collagraphy is a process that creates fun
prints with minimal work. In this class, beginning artists ages 6+ will use
cut shapes and textures to create a raised plate that is then covered with
paper. Students will gently rub the relief with crayon or chalk to create a
unique print.
All materials provided by the Waimea Arts Council. Children under 10
must be accompanied by an adult
The class is free but registration is required. Space is limited. Call 808-887-6067.
