Entries must be subsequently approved by the WAC Gallery Committee in order to be hung for the show. Artists with works not accepted will be contacted to pick the artwork up.

Those works accepted to be hung will be on display for viewing and purchase in the Firehouse Gallery May 5-June 25. You may pick up unsold pieces on June 25 at 11am- 3pm. Pieces left after 30 days will be considered abandoned  and will be considered a donation to WAC.

The Waimea Arts Council will handle all work with the utmost of care; however artists will be responsible for the liability of their art and will hold WAC and the County of Hawaii harmless.

Artists may join the Waimea Arts Council for extended benefits depending on the level of entry.
