The Firehouse Gallery, a program of the nonprofit Waimea Arts Council, announces an open call
for original fine art with the theme of “Exploring the Big Island.” All mediums will be considered for the show. The deadline for submitting JPEGs of your art for consideration is May 15, 2021.
Show dates: June 4 – 27, 2021.
There are no entry fees. However, if work is accepted, an artist can either join the nonprofit Waimea Arts
Council ($25) or pay a $10 hanging fee per piece accepted.
The work will be curated by Irina Place a talented local artist.
