    Pop-up art cards are fun! Make one for Father’s Day. The Waimea Arts Council and Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library are offering a community art class on Pop-up Art Cards. Artist Lorrie Taylor hosts the next session on Saturday June 7 from 10 am – noon in the Thelma Parker Memorial public library meeting room. Come make a card for the occasion of your choice. The cards can be as simple or detailed as you like – the sky’s the limit. Open to the public ages 6 and up. Children under 10 need to be accompanied by an adult. The class is free but registration is required. Space is limited. Call 808-887-6067.
