During the month of December, the Waimea Arts Council is holding it’s annual art show and sale, “Affordable Art at Exceptional Prices.” The exhibit will be on display from November 28 thru December 30 at the Firehouse Gallery in Waimea. All art is created by local artists. A range of island inspired art will be on sale for affordable prices from $2.50 to $250, paintings, drawings, creations in wood, photography, jewelry, prints and cards.
On Saturday, December 1, the gallery will be open from 9 am to 8 pm, during the twilight Christmas parade which runs from 5: 30 to 8 pm. There will be coffee, cocoa and cookies available. Come enjoy the parade and warm up while browsing the art exhibit.
