A total of 46 pieces were accepted for judging. Entries were evaluated within each category using five criteria: originality, balance, clarity, personal expression, execution of the medium.

Aelbert Aehegma was the judge for the show. He is a multi-media artist, educator, lecturer, arts administrator, and consultant from the Big Island.
